(1). 18 weeks is mostly the lower limit of onset of babys movements...so generally it is normal not to feel movements till now. If you are still really concerned about the well being of baby then get an unltrasound (preferably anomaly scan which is already due now).

(2). baby usually starts moving in 20 to 24 wks so dont worry , get antenatal checkup from gynaecologist for.routine check.for bp, sugar and blood.cp plus some antenatal anamoly scan.

(3). get semen analysis.plus baseline investigations including TSH,LH ,FSH, Prolactin, testosterone levels, and also.same tests for wife on second.day of.menses.

(4). blood.cp karwalein, aur ye susti shaid AP key zehn mein ha ap walk.karein exercise karein aur fruits aur vegs khaen.
