Patient question

Medical History and Current Confusion.

My blood test report came on November 1, 2025, and I started a gluten-free diet (GFD) the same day, as per the doctors instructions.
I underwent an endoscopy and biopsies on November 21, 2025, while still on the GFD.
The same blood test from November 1st was repeated on November 21st, and the results were the same (positive).
The reports for all three biopsies were received on November 28th.
The Current Situation:
The doctor has kept me on the gluten-free diet and prescribed medication for H. pylori for fourteen days.
Based on these reports, the doctor is unable to clearly state whether I have Celiac Disease or not. The main points of confusion are:
Is the patients current symptoms due to H. pylori or Celiac Disease?
The biopsy was negative for Celiac Disease, while the blood test was positive twice.
Could the reason for the negative biopsy be that the patient has been on a gluten-free diet for three weeks before the biopsy?
We are currently taking the H. pylori medication and are completely confused about the future course of action. Therefore, we need guidance on this matter.
