Pregnancy me normal stretching se bhi ho sakti hai, lekin kabhi kabhi ICP (cholestasis of pregnancy) ki wajah se bhi hoti hai jisme rat ko zyada itching hoti hai, khas tor pe palms aur soles par.
Is liye behtari yeh hai ke LFTs (Liver Function test) aur Serum Bile Acids test karwa lain taake ICP rule out ho jaye
Filhal she can use gentle moisturizer, hot shower avoid kare, aur koi new cream/medicine without advice na use kare.
Agar itching bohat severe ho jaye, aankhon/skin pe yellowish tint aa jaye, ya urine dark ho, to OBGYN ko urgent dikhayen.
