Hi, 2 months ago when I was having masturbation while wearing my underwear, I suddenly feel sensation because my penis glans rubbed with my underwear so as it becomes redish... I stopped it. But since then my penis got shrinked and as skin is wrinkled because of it..... Its also been troubling in trousers when walking specially from tip of the glans... Although still getting erections but shrinkage and glans troubling in trousers when walking are the main issue... Pls help
