Community medical question

AOA, i have on and off Gastric problem from many years, but from last 8, 9 days i have saver gastric problem. problem start Early morning every day, sever gastric pain , chest pain and back just because of Gas. i do walk after dinner and pass stool before sleeping, but every morning i am facing gastric problem, before all of this i felt pain in right side of tummy bellow the ribs and also same area on back, so i consulted with the doctor he prescribed me some medicine Itowan, Cipra, and Nowcef) after taking these three days medicine i feel better butt very next day above early morning gastric problem start.then again i wen to the doctor he suggest me stool test and Altra Sound.(
