ASSLAM O ALAIKUM, Respected sir my job is 9 to 5 all time sitting duty and perform office file work. I feeling shoulder pain both and one side. when I did olive oil massage its relief for sometime. mostly shoulder pain start in evening. When I did complete rest on Saturday and Sunday no pain happen.
Please advice me how can I manage this pain?
