Patient question

My father age 65 years had open surgery on 9th May 2023. (stone size was 2.5*1.7*0.9) After that he has been facing infection continuously. Since his operation he has been taking antibiotics continuously. Inj tenzo were also part of them but every time he gets better for 4, 5 days and then condition is same. Now he is taking tab novidat 500mg for 14days since 7 June 2023, first 3,4 days he was better but since day before yesterday he is again having fever up to 102, shivering, poor control on urinating. His urologist is in other city and it takes us 3hr to take my father there. We are very worried after taking so much high antibiotics why his infection is not ruling out? If any urologist please have look on his file and guide us more, what could be possible reasons of his infection not being ruling out. I am attaching his latest blood test and ultrasound report along with doctors prescription.
Patient history is he is patient of Alzheimers and had surgery for prostate in December 2021. Since after his first surgery he is facing infections back to back and since December 2022 he had severe infections continuously till today.
