I want to conceive again, i have a 3 years old daughter. My periods are delayed for almost 4 months,Recently did an ultrasound which was clear the eggs were formed but there is no bleeding.

What is ur previous menstrual cycle pattern?send pictures of ultrasound.whats the size of eggs that r formed?have u done ur urine for pregnancy test? Ur weight?
