Community medical question

I am type 1 since 11 years i have one successful pregnancy was useing levemir and novorapid.. now i am pregnant with 5 weeks using 40 units of levemir and 30 units of novorapid before meals and i take only 2 meals in my 3 and 4 weeks my sugar was normal like random in between 100 to 140 now my sugar is 180 to 240 my routine is same what should i do plz help
