Community medical question

I have low amh 0.11. Two ivf cycles in Spain were done two years ago but not conceived. Both times two eggs were collected and embryos were transferred but not successful. I want to consult that either it is possible now with low amh to conceive through your consultation and medication. Because doctors in Spain are advising for doner egg but as its not permissible in Islam. We cannot do that. Kindly give me some suggestions what should I do?
