Community medical question

I started taking medicine for hyper tension 3-4 years back. My blood pressure came to 130- 110, even with medicine. A general physician advised me to consult a cardiologist but I never did.
In October 2023 I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism with tsh of 10.1. Diabetologist started me on levothyroxine 50 MCG. I got my tsh checked again it dropped to 0.01. The doctor reduced levothyroxine to alternate days.
During the last 6-8 months I have felt a rapid decline of health. Enormous muscle loss. Hair loss. Wrinkles and loose skin in neck face tummy. Low energy. Funny aches and pains allover which keep coming and going.An overall loss of vigour and vitality.
I married late when I was 31. My youngest child is 15. I work as a teacher. I want to keep working beyond the retirement age.
I had menopause 2021 august ( last period).
