Community medical question

I was playing basketball nearly 2 years ago and I got hit by the ball in the grojn area.. it wasnt even a real hard hit. It hurt when it happened. but went away by that night, later the next day it was swollen and started hurting pretty bad the right one was.. I have never liked doctors or going to a hospital for anything so I def didnt want to go for something like that so I just didnt say anything and kept going to work everyday and doing my regular etc but it def hurt and was swollen. Well about 2 weeks after that I was doing some wiring on a heat pump so I just got down in a squat position I felt the WORST pain ever !! It came from like the inside of them and from underneath of it, around the sides, and up into my lower belly and swelling got even worse. So I decided to go get it checked the next day because I started thinking about having another child some day. Well I have been to SEVERAL urgent cares, 3 ers, urologist, surgeon... ive had 5 ultrasounds . The last 4/5 say same thing pretty much in a different way. they have told me swollen lymph nodes, ingrinial hernia, a mass, or cancer, and other things so idk but my last ultrasound showed the the left one is totally gone and has to be removed now and the hernia has stretched way too far cause waiting so long... But still no answers or nothing done about it so now its so damn bad that it literally twists sideways after working all day and the other part the has started to twist also whenever its soft it has been twisting to
the side instead of hanging straight down ... And when i get home from working all day it looks and feels like a big thick rope or something Is popping out out from below it snd around the side. .now the base of my other part feels like its swollen. Mainly when its hard... and also it has been pretty painful when ejaculated when sperm is coming out. I can add images to help understand fully just let me know if that is ok. Thank you
