My periods were regular ,, Ive experienced in the start of January.. then I missed my periods in February due to stress. Then i had periods on 1st March,, and during 21 march I got spotting which lasts 4 days. ,,, I want to induce periods as I am about to perform Umrah in Sha ALLAH after Eid. So really want to get urgent help.
