Community medical question

I have a pain from last 10year .doc ask me to take tegral 200mg half tablet per day when I take medicine I feel better and now more then a week I take more them 2 tablet per day butt my pain is too much I cant eat cant speak not take bath .I have a sudden pain on up of the right eye on forehead
