Patient question

am a heart patient who underwent angioplasty one year ago. Since the procedure, my condition had been stable; however, I have recently started experiencing difficulty in breathing. This shortness of breath occurs even during light physical activity or sometimes while resting, which is concerning and affecting my daily routine. There is no chest pain, but I occasionally feel tired and uneasy. I am worried that this may be a sign of a complication or a recurrence of blockage. I am strictly following my medications and diet plan as prescribed, but this recent change in symptoms has raised concern. I am reaching out to consult a cardiologist to understand the reason behind this issue. I seek professional advice and a proper checkup, possibly including diagnostic tests like an ECG, echocardiogram, or stress test, to ensure my heart health is not at risk again. Kindly guide me on the next steps.
