Patient question

Asalam o alaikum
I have a 23-year history of a vascular lesion (hemangioma/vascular malformation) extending from my lower abdomen to my thigh, including the groin area. It has increased in size and appears reddish-pink, with frequent or daily bleeding from some areas. I also have a vascular lump above my knee that sometimes causes pain and fever. I have long-standing anemia with low hemoglobin and am concerned the chronic bleeding may be the cause. I have not had regular follow-up for the last 8 years. I prefer non-surgical treatment and want guidance on them that what should i do now where to start .
