Assalam-o-Alaikum. I am 20 years old student and I would really appreciate your guidance.
About one year ago, I had a laparoscopy because of endometriosis. After the surgery, I took medicines for several months as advised by my doctor, but unfortunately my pain never completely stopped. During this past year, I have continued to experience severe pelvic pain, very painful periods, brown spotting, weakness, nausea, and other related problems. Despite the surgery and medication, my symptoms have continued.
Recently, I had new tests and ultrasound reports. They showed a right ovarian endometrioma (chocolate cyst) measuring about **3.8 × 3.0 cm**, a **subserosal fibroid measuring 3.4 × 3.6 cm**, and findings suggestive of **endometritis**. I am very worried because my pain is still ongoing, and it feels like my condition has come back even after treatment.
I want to live my life normal, so I am looking for a gynecologist who has experience in treating endometriosis while preserving fertility. Can anyone please recommend an experienced, trustworthy, and honest gynecologist in Faisalabad who carefully reviews previous history and reports, explains all treatment options, and does not recommend surgery unless it is truly necessary? I would be very grateful for your recommendations and experiences.
