Community medical question

Assalam O Alaikum!I am itching between the legs (groin area) for about 1.5 months. I have used cutis (terbinafine HCl) tablet and cream both at the start for about two weeks, initially it relieved for shorter time. But again problem came back. I again consulted the doctor and he gave me Hydrazole cream and kadisdin(desloratadine), this again gave relief temporarily and now I am again itching and very uncomfortable. Kindly, gave me some other treatment and precautionary measures to follow.
