Community medical question

AssalamoAlaikum about 3 months ago i twisted my ankle it was a sever twist i heard some pops as i was falling too it swelled over time and i thought its a ligament tear went to have an xray everything was normal but pain was immense I still had the pain on that ligament until about 6-7 days ago until i twisted it again i dislocated a bone in my ankle got it relocated but its swollen im very concerned about this and i would like to ask an expert about this I cant afford one please help me and help me get out of this household treatments
