Community medical question

Assalamualaikum ,I have a lot of pain in my knee. The pain is in the muscles around the knee and from the knee down to whole leg and foot. Because of this, its very difficult for me to walk, and its very difficult to sit. This has been happening to me for almost one month. please tell me the medicine or treatment so that i recover soon as possible . i dont have any issue like sugar or blood pressure, but this has been with me for a month, so please tell me the treatment for it.
