Consulted with Dr Jahangir Ali Shah on 10th July, he asked for Stress MPS test today I got report want to discuss current position. Scan test findings: overall quality of scan is good. Myocardial perfusion scan shows a large size, moderate to severe intensity, partially reversible perfusion defect involving mid to distal anterior, anterolateral and apical segments. In addition their is another medium size, moderate to severe intensity, partially reversible perfusion defect involving inferolateral segments while inferior wall shows fixed defect. LV cavity dilatation noted. No right ventricular uptake noted. No abnormal extra cardiac activity noted. Gated images reveals a calculated ef 30
