Currently I am experience chest pain with movement doctor suggest trop I test which is negative.its been 4 days from Friday it started after a fall on my bed relying on the chest it is not continuous it comes when sit up or move when lye down its ok further pain in back shoulders also experience which triggers a heart related pain and sometimes shortness of breath
Doctor suggest me acid reflux risek 40 mg and antacid like ripacid but not improved. This pain is also not improved with Angisid sublingual. The most likely we thought is its a muscular pain which is triggered after that fall. As trop I confirms its not a cardiac emergency. But still we are doubt of this is a cardiac pain or not
Note that trop I test was done after 10 hours till the pain started the very first day which is negative.
Kindly suggest me treatment as its very difficult to visit hospital again and again due to her weakness and unable to walk without support
One last thing UTI infection was treatment undergone for may days antibiotic course was left incomplete due to burning sensation in bladder and fever is gone now any urine culture test must be repeated to confirm I rr
