Diagnosis: Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML) – Diagnosed 6 years ago
Current Treatment:
Previously on Glivec 400 mg daily
Recently switched (2 weeks ago) to Cipla Imatinib 100 mg capsules (400 mg daily)

Presenting Complaints (since medicine switch):
Dysuria (پیشاب کرتے وقت درد اور جلن)
Hematuria (پیشاب میں تھوڑا تھوڑا خون آنا)
Loss of appetite (کھانے کی رغبت کم ہو گئی ہے)
Low mood / irritability
Perineal pain (پیشاب کے راستے میں درد، خاص طور پر پیشاب کرتے وقت)

Clinical Concerns:
Possible side effects of Cipla Imatinib or urinary tract infection (UTI)
Need to rule out bladder irritation, prostatitis, or renal involvement
Also consider blood work and urinalysis to monitor impact of medicine change

Recommended Investigations:
1. Urine R/E (Routine Examination)
2. Urine Culture & Sensitivity
3. CBC
4. Creatinine + Urea (Kidney Function Test)
5. Ultrasound KUB (Kidney, Ureter, Bladder)
6. Consultation with Urologist if symptoms persist or worsen

Recommendation:
Re-evaluation of Imatinib formulation and dose adjustment may be required if symptoms are medication-related. Continue close follow-up with Dr. Abid Jameel (Oncologist, HMC Peshawar).
