Community medical question

experiencing severe headaches (one day or 6 7 hours )twice a month for the past four years, with occasional gaps of 2–3 months. During episodes, there is intense pain in the front and back of the head, one side of the body feels very cold with sweating while the other feels hot, along with numbness and difficulty in calculations. During headache I feel terrible , feels hit on brain .
