Community medical question

Fist senizing and I took medicine but start cough . I do not want to eat anything . I got sleeping every hour . I cant walk now due to weakness. I am feeling cold and suddenly fever raise, when I take panadol tab ,then fever down . continuous temperature 100 up to 104 f . Continuous productive cough. Kindly suggest medicine from which I feel better. I read in 9th grade. I am on leave.
