Community medical question

From last few days pain in my head and eyes in the morning and afternoon its increase in evening it decreased its fells like my head is weighty and eyes are too eyes condition like i sees less from normal routine now and i fell like my brain and head in closed in some room and cant breathe kindly guide me thanks.
