Community medical question

From past 20 days i seen itchy white and red spot in my groin area. My Father got nail fungus theen my brother got same itchy white and red thing on groin area and now me. I got some on legs and hands. But when i rub them they get bigger. Ut when water touch it, that itck alot in my groin area. I am quite worried.
