Community medical question

Hello am iqra hassan .. i have stomach issue and history of loose motion and vomiting more than 20 days now am better but dr recommend me some test also i have iron deficiency plus vit and now diagnosis a coilec disease .. dr advice me for endoscopy so what can i do ?
