I have been taking isotretinoin (Accutane) 20 mg once daily for the past 2 months. Now I have been advised to increase the dose to 40 mg daily.
Could you please guide me on the correct way to take it?
- Should I take one 40 mg capsule, or two 20 mg capsules?
- If I should take two 20 mg capsules, should I take them together at the same time or one in the morning and one in the evening?
- Should I take the medicine before or after meals?
- Which time of the day is best to take it?
