Community medical question

Hello Dr.shb I am salahuddin. 28 years old unmarried, i feel something irrritating me in my whole body i feel like lazy whole time pain in whole body specially in fingers of both hands, it increased when u eat meal of any time morning non or night aftet eating meal i feel pain in whole body lazyness at extream level at least one hour then it becime normal,.
No any other person have feeling like me in my family still i have not visited to Dr. It is been last 3 months body always is hot some time hotter.heat pumping fast always .
Plz guide me what is this to me.
