Community medical question

Hello sir

I had a rash underneath my testicles fully covered and i am having it very strong but i cant itch it cause it pains and feel like needles are being stubbed in it

I can sit but sitting makes it contract with my legs causing it to itch

Please tell me how can i fix this

I also had a minor flu before having the rash and during the flu my body muscles and all other parts of the body pained alot but now i am ok from fever but i had this rash issue
