Anaya here, I am 23 years old, so from past 2 to 3 weeks i am having troubles regarding my health, I cant sleep properly or peacefully, I urine frequently at night, and In morning when I woke up i feel week, body aches and loose motion also, I feel tired and body aches most of the time in a day and also some times anxiety, my daily routine is affecting badly
