Community medical question

I am experiencing pain in my lower back can stand for five minutes, start getting pain in my lower back, also experiencing bit pain in my knees and joint of my last fingers of both hands.

I have got tested vitamin D, Calcium and B12 last year. Calcium and B12 were bit low.

Please let me know what type of tests can I get? and medicines
