Community medical question

I am experiencing uti from past several days, took antibiotics course with cranberry juice, it healed a bit but started again. Two times I observed some diluted brown colored blood in my urine, constantly the urine has strong foul smell. There is no pain in bladder or abdomen as of now, just sharp burning pain while urinating and normally.
History is that my uti pain started last August and ended with cranberry. Again severe episode in December in which I took citralka syrup and augmentin 375 mg and got relief. Then it started in September this year and I took just 1 tablet of augmentin and didnt complete the course,got relief . Now again I have this pain that is not going away even after completing the antibiotics course
