Community medical question

I am habib ahmed age 68, male, i had been through protate surgery almost 2 years ago i was also diagnosed with TB then, now ALHUMDULILLAH i have recoved TB after using 8 months medication. Then i was gone through 2 surgeries harnia and piles. All these surgeries went quite well ALHUMDULILLAH but now my feet have swellen alot i am urged to pee almost every single hour and i have lost alot of weight, i feel drowsiness alot and have pain in my legs and lower abdomen. My tastebuds are not working and i feel that almost all the time my stomach is full.
