Community medical question

I am having lax LES and too much acid reflux.ppi give me stomach pain.Gaviscon in the long run gives fast heart rate and h2 blockers too cause stomach pain.Pain is on the left side of lower abdomen.cannot take long term carafate as well as it has glucose and I avoid sugar due to weight issues.Any medicine or syrup to reduce abdominal pain?
