I controlled myself for about 1.5 months and completely avoided pornography and masturbation during that period. During these 1.5 months, I did not experience any nightfall/wet dreams. I also noticed that after urination, a few drops of fluid would sometimes continue to come out, sometimes in a small amount and sometimes slightly more. Recently, I relapsed and watched pornographic content. Before masturbating, I urinated and noticed that the fluid coming out at first looked thick and slightly yellowish-white, almost like pus. Since then, I have occasionally felt mild burning during urination. The discharge is usually light yellow mixed with white. Another issue is that when I go to urinate, it takes a long time for the urine to come out, and even then the amount of urine is quite small. I am concerned whether this could be due to an infection, inflammation, urinary tract problem, or another medical condition. I would like medical advice about possible causes, required tests, and treatment.
