Community medical question

I feel sever acidity specially in left side of chest and vomiting starts sometime after taking meal.I lose 10 to 13 kg weight in 2 month due to this condition.I was stomach patient but condition is not sever as now. one more thing my urine is very white and thick sometime especially in morning
