Community medical question

I got cold and flu yesterday and it got swere with time passing. I got my Covid-19 test today. The nasal swab test was little painful,(maybe the staff performing the test was not skilled). Blood was there on the cotton and since after then there is a little bleeding in mucus i am spitting. What should I do, as I have quarantined myself already?
