Community medical question

I had my surgery to get large polyps removed from my uterus but before the surgery I was experiencing heavy menstrual cycles. My gyno discovered I had polyps and the best option was to get them removed by scooping them out. An Marlena IUD was then placed in my uterus to prevent any further heavy bleeding on Feb 1st 2024 the day of my surgery. After that I have been bleeding a lot still and have been experiencing very painful cramps throughout my body mainly on my lower left abdomen. I spoke to my doctor here in Canada and was told to do ultrasounds which have all come back normal. It’s been about 7 months but from the waist down I am experiencing a lot of pain and my lower body feels numb. I am easily getting bruised all over on my body especially the chest area and lower back. If I stretch or stand for too long I experience a lot of pain in my lower stomach. I complained about this to my gyno here and they discovered I have two cysts that have grown in my uterus. I have all my reports I am seeking further answers as I am young and already going through so much trouble.
