Community medical question

I had once oesophageal bleeding in Sep 2018, I was successfully treated through banding ligation by Gastroenterologist & Hepatologist, at Aga Khan Hospital in Dar es Salaam. Alhamdulilah, No further episodes of oesophageal bleeding but persistent splenomegaly which has shown intermittently increase and decrease over the past four years. Spleen size ranged 14.2 cm to 19cm. Last ct scan shown 17 cm.
