Community medical question

I had panic attack several time it feels like i am
Having heart attack recently i done my ECG and ECHO both were absolutely normal but before 2 weeks i had pharangitis and common cold i had severe cough during this i had chest pain only at a point immediate left lateral to sternum body it worse sometimes when put pressure on it and some time it doesn’t hurt even with pressure performing random movement it pains but repetition of same movement right after pain i felt no pain and the pain feels like cramp i often had pain in back upper side which is due to posture or prolonge sitting. I am mbbs student. And last time i went to hospital and i had oain in left arm which releiveed when i raised the arm but worse when i keep it hang in adduction position ao i got panic if this is MI i got chest tightness due to anxiety as there was very suffocation but i was ok after drinking water and my vitals are stable also
I had several episodes of H pylori and had stomach issues on and off at that time i wa shaving loose stools for the last two days.
