Community medical question

I have 2 uterine fibroids size of larger one is 8cm and the smaller one is 4 cm and also have ovarian cysts and now dr have suggested me surgery and it’s not laproscopy they suggested open surgery because of the size of fibroids and i don’t have heavy bleeding issue but i have really really painful periods and recently dr suggested my zoladex injections and i already got three doses of those injs after this I’ll have to go through surgery but before that i wanted to have second opinion
