I have a severe headache with vomiting from last night .
Now Dr . Give me the Diclofenac injection+ kanadex .
But there is no recovery.
I also have too much depression with anxiety, anger mess,no tolerance , tensions on small problem
And this headache is mostly occured once in a week .
My stomach is also disturbed .
BP is 111/86 with heart rate is 77
