Community medical question

I have a severe skin issue in my private parts and groin area, particularly on scrotum for the past two days. It is so painful that even touch of cloth hurts and now it is becoming difficult to sit walk and sleep. I have previouly suffered from frequent fungal infections and once diagnosed Herpes. The problem this time started when I messaged my legs two days back with an oil called ostrich oil which I had previously used last year for muscular pain. When I slept the oil spread to my private parts and itching and pain started immedialy.
I have one kidney and suffer from acute lympatic edema, vericose veins and occassional asthma.
