I have an old problem of liquid secretion from penis while thinking about sex or watching some romantic scene in movies but I took it as normal. Recently I got married and during romance/foreplay a lot of liquid discharge from penis due to which i am unable to maintain erection. If i have sex without foreplay timing is between 2 to 3 three minutes. In the morning i always have good erection but this problem of weak erection occurs during foreplay.
