Community medical question

I have been having a cough for the last 3–4 days. The cough is strong, heavy, and uncomfortable. I also feel chest tightness. Sometimes my legs and feet feel very warm. I have a small amount of phlegm, but not much. Earlier I had body pain, but now it is completely gone. Overall my condition is slightly better, but the cough and chest discomfort are still present.
