I have been into pornography and meturbation and therefor i dont know why but from much time i am not getting any erection at all and i dont know what to do , kindly help me in this regard
My urine test is normal but my ultra sound report shows that urinary bladder is partial filled
Kindly suggest me some medication or some home remedies to overcome this issue
