Community medical question

I have been married for 1 and half year . Trying for conception . My wife reports are okay but my reports are not okay.My sperm count is 0.5mil/ml . I took medications but that was of no use . Just my sperm count increased from 0.3 to 0.5. My motility is 100 immotile . I want to know the solution for this . My scrotum ultrasound is normal .
