Community medical question

I have been married two times. First wife and I got divorced after 10 months. Very toxic relation. Now I have married to my 2nd wife for 3 years. Got married after 2 years of divorce. I felt some problem in start of 2nd marriage in getting erection. It got severe and severe in past 7 I have been using some medicines because I was unable to get erection. I am using, shahi and insaki and labo e kabir of qurshi. But I only get one time erection and very hard to keep it arouse.
